March Yoga Wine Down
Join I Imagine Fitness and yoga teacher, Ashley Henry, E-RYT for an end-of-the-week Yoga Wine Down. Class is designed around letting go of tightness, tension and stress! Ashley will lead a restorative practice with a focus on heart openers, appropriate for all levels. Practice will include mellow music, aromatherapy, guided meditation, movement and extended Savasana (final rest pose).

We have had an amazing turnout & time practicing with all of you yogis so we have decided to continue Slow Vinyasa/Deep Restorative Stretch Yoga two Sundays a month.
Monday : 5:45pm-6:45p
Wednesday : 4:45p-5:45p
Deep Stretch is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time allowing the muscles to lengthen & release.
I Imagine Members are Free
**Please come with your yoga mats, water bottles, & your spouse, kids, friends....anyone who you think may enjoy some time at the mat!
